Please call your nearest Casella service provider and let them know. What is the Fuel/Oil/Envro fee, and why is it still incurred when the fuel cost is decreasing?

Given the extraordinary volatility surrounding fuel/oil prices nationwide, combined with the fact that fuel/oil is a significant portion of the investment we make every day to provide you with outstanding waste services, this surcharge allows us to keep up with the cost of meeting that obligation to you.

We use an index-based fee that will be adjusted monthly. The fee is based on the Regional U.S. Average On-Highway Diesel Fuel Prices reported by the U.S. Department of Energy (this index is highly correlated with other major fuel price indices worldwide); for your ongoing reference, please visit this page.

What is my service schedule?
What time of day will I receive service?

We will do our best to service your container at the same time each week. However, due circumstances beyond our control such as weather the times may vary. For residential customers, please have your waste/recycling out by 6:00 am the morning of your service.

If there is a holiday or weather related delays when will I be picked up?

For holidays and weather related delays, your local division will call you if your service day will change. We will make every effort to pick your container up on your scheduled day, safety permitting.
