Fleet Maintenance Program Administrator

The Fleet Maintenance Program Administrator position is responsible for overseeing the TMT Asset Management Software and Documentation Maintenance and Training. This unique position reports directly to the VP of Fleet and works with the division teams to train and support the use of TMT Asset Management Software. The Administrator will also be responsible for the support and communication of increased functionality and reporting for the Casella Corporate Headquarters.
Essential Job Functions/Key Accountabilities:
Establish and facilitate field maintenance training to specific sites and determine needs. Determine what training is needed in conjunction with the General Manager and Maintenance Manager at the divisions.
Accurately capture existing parts room inventory data and verify part record accuracy, especially VMRS codes.
Assist the field in maintaining proper inventory levels.
Administer and support new Fleet Maintenance mobile applications.
Direct, coordinate and/or perform facility maintenance operations, including timely Preventive Maintenance Programs.
Work in conjunction with the IT Department to troubleshoot and upgrade the TMT Asset Management Software as needed.
- Support of facility maintenance.
Product / Service Knowledge
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Casella Fleet Maintenance department policies and procedures to support training plan development.
Stay abreast of technology developments and training procedures.
Liaison between TMT Asset Management Software and Casella.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Good working knowledge of automotive and mechanical systems
- Ability to learn current and new systems and technologies
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate prior training experience
- Minimum 3 years maintenance and/or technology experience
- Experience with TMT Asset Management software
- Strong Information Technology background
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Travel 25%
