    Overview: On campuses, COVID feels like a “waste disaster”. These speakers will be discussing the effects COVID has had on their waste reduction programs and how they are working to adapt and position themselves to succeed in the future. How do we return to reusables, remove PPE, and continue our programs to reduce waste on campus.

  2. Communication in the Face of Uncertainty  

    Overview: How to develop an effective communication strategy when the information is constantly changing. COVID has moved much of the waste generated on campus from the back of the house to the front of the house resulting in many universities dealing with lots of student complaints and feedback about the vast amounts of waste. What can be done to be proactive in communication and ensure the message is heard.
