• There will be slight changes to the customer payment portal provided by KUBRA. You can expect:
• Branding Change – The portal will be branded as Casella.
• New Features - Enhanced features include:
• Robust communications delivered via email and or SMS message and
• The ability to manage payments via text or secure email.
• The customer payment portal can be accessed at Casella - Your Home
• If previously established, your KUBRA profile will be transferred. As a security measure, you will need to reset your password the first time that you log on. Click on “Forgot your Password?” to initiate this process. Detailed instructions on the password reset can be found on the portal home page.
• All stored information and preferences will be transferred in a safe and secure way that meets or exceeds industry standards, including the encrypted transfer of credit card information.
• If you were set up for recurring payments for your account, these will continue.
If I pay via check, will the address that I mail my check to change?
• While we prefer that our customers use the customer payment portal and enroll in convenient autopay, the address to use for mailing a check is changing to –

Will my trash and recycling collection service schedule change?
• We will service your home/business on the same schedule with the same frequency. If your schedule should change in the future, a communication notifying you of this change will be delivered in advance.
Who should I contact if I have questions about my account?
• Please contact our office at 845-896-600, Monday–Friday between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm as well as Saturday between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm. Your call will be answered by a representative that is prepared to assist you.
