All You Need to Know About

Whitetail Disposal is proud to partner with East Greenville to provide waste and recycling services to its residents.

Each residential unit is allocated one 96-gallon toter for waste which should be set out between 6 p.m. and midnight on Tuesday evening.

  • To allow for automated pickup, toters should be wheeled to the end of the driveway or the alley, allowing at least 3 feet clearance from mailboxes, poles, lampposts, vehicles and other toters.

  • Wheels on your cart should be toward the house so that all materials are emptied.

  • Be sure trash is bagged and lids are closed to prevent spills.

We cannot take:

  • Hazardous waste including radioactive, reactive, toxic, ignitable, corrosive, or acidic items.

Learn How to Dispose Yard Waste and Leaves

The most environmentally correct way to dispose of yard waste is to utilize the borough’s collection program.

Branch Chipping

Branch chipping is performed April through October, on the first and third weeks of the month. Tuesday is the preferred collection day at this time, but that may change due to weather or scheduling conflicts.

Please follow the below guidelines:

  • Place branches where you place your trash.

  • We can spend no more than 10 minutes at any given stop.

  • Stacking branches in an orderly fashion as close to the alley as possible saves pick up time. You may place smaller branches in a container to assist the crew.

  • Branches must be less than 2 inches in diameter.

  • Remove all soil and dirt from shrub roots.

  • No boards or lumber, and no weeds

Christmas trees are chipped each week in January.
