All You Need to Know About
Whitetail Disposal is proud to partner with Newtown Township to provide every other week recycling service to its residents.
Recycling should be clean, dry and loose in your containers.
Carts should be placed curbside the night before service.
Carts should be at least 3 feet clear of any other objects including mailboxes, cars, street signs, etc.
To help us prevent waste spills, please make sure your container lid is closed.
Take care to not place trash or garbage in the recycling bins. We cannot empty the bins that contain rubbish.

What do I do with books, textiles (clothing) and electronics?
There are a few options for recycling some of these items. Goodwill of Delaware County offers book and textile recycling. Or visit the Delaware County Solid Waste Authority for more recycling options.
Do I have to use the cart provided by the township?
Yes, Newtown Township supplies a containers to each of it’s residents for recycling which should be used for collection.
Can I bag my recycle?
While we prefer recycling be clean and loose in a container, if recycling must be bagged only clear plastic bags may be used.
