Your Service Day is Tuesday.

Place the trash and recycling out on Monday evening for Tuesday pick up.

Trash Service in Schwenksville Borough

Whitetail Disposal is proud to partner with the Schwenksville to provide waste and recycling services to its residents.

  • All material should be put inside the Whitetail Toter and recyclables Toter. Please do not use any other container for the trash or recyclables.

  • Service includes one each 96-gallon toters for each dwelling unit.

  • Trash and recyclables should be placed curbside Monday evening for Tuesday pick-up.

  • Your containers should be at least 3 feet clear of any other objects including other carts, mailboxes, cars, street signs, etc.

  • Wheels on your cart should be toward the house so that all materials are emptied.

  • Be sure trash is bagged and lids are closed to prevent spills.

We cannot take:

  • Hazardous waste including radioactive, reactive, toxic, ignitable, corrosive, or acidic items.

Trash & Recycle Toters

Bulk Waste

Bulk Item Disposal must be scheduled no later than noon on Monday.

One standard Item per week is included in your service.

  • Additional standard items are billed at $20 per item.

  • Hazardous items such as refrigerators cost $60.00. Doors must be removed.

  • Electronics collections can be scheduled for an additional cost of $55.00.


Mattresses and Toilets

For our employees’ safety:

  • Mattresses and box springs must be wrapped in plastic.

  • Toilets must be bagged.

Yard Waste and Leaves

The most environmentally correct way to dispose of yard waste is to utilize the borough’s collection program.


Curbside Pick-Up

Curbside leaf collection occurs annually.

  • Only leaves will be collected. Grass clippings, twigs and other yard waste will not be collected.

  • Leaves must be placed in biodegradable paper yard waste bags.

  • Bags must be curbside for collection.


Christmas Trees

  • Trees from Christmas 2025 will be picked up with your normal trash collection.

  • Trees over 6′ tall should be cut in half.

  • All decorations must be removed.

  • Do not bag trees for pick up.
