Yes, your bill going forward will look different. Your bill document will still contain information about the services provided.
Will the timing of when I receive my bill change?

Will my customer payment portal change?
Yes, the new customer payment portal is provided by KUBRA, an industry leader offering a service that is safe, secure, and easy to use. You can expect:
- Improved user experience with easy access to account details, billing, and payment options including Bank ACH and Credit Card
- Enhanced privacy protection with advanced security features
- More control and simplified account management, including:
- Easy and efficient autopay enrollment
- Robust communications via email and/or SMS
- Management of contact information and paper/paperless billing preferences
- Ability to manage payments via text or secure email
- Ability to link multiple accounts under one User ID

Will I need to enroll in the customer payment portal?
- If you had an account with Paymentus, you will not need to re-enroll. You will need to reset your password the first time you log in using “Forgot your Password?”
- All stored information and preferences will be securely transferred, including encrypted credit card information
- Recurring payments already set up will continue
Will the date of my recurring payment change?
- There may be a change in the date your recurring payment is charged. This date can be adjusted in the customer payment portal.
If I pay via check, will the mailing address change?
- While we encourage using the customer payment portal and autopay, checks should now be mailed to:
