As we celebrate Casella’s 50th Anniversary, we proudly reflect on our journey and our positive impact together. From our modest beginnings in 1975 with a single truck, we’ve grown into a company operating in 10 states with over 5,000 dedicated employees. We’ve consistently prioritized giving back to our local communities throughout this journey. In honor of this milestone and to support our continued growth, we are excited to announce the launch of The Casella Foundation.
The foundation will actively support non-profit organizations across several critical areas:

Investing in comprehensive training and development programs that promote career advancement in the trades and create sustainable job opportunities in the waste and recycling industry while enhancing economic resilience.
Disaster Relief
Providing essential assistance and support during times of crisis, ensuring that affected employees and communities can recover and rebuild their lives.
Your partnership has been critical to our success. Thanks to partners like you, we have achieved remarkable milestones. Since 2021, we have given back over $6 million in community grants and contributed more than 50,000 volunteer hours to the communities we serve.
